In device manager it shows up as: Verbatim NAND Flash USB Device I don't have any idea what I am doing when it comes to things like the command prompt, but am very comfortable following specific instructions.

I have looked at troubleshooting advice through google and haven't found something that works. If I try and type q: (the letter assigned) it says that "the device is not ready." I opened the command prompt as an administrator to try and do these steps. I went through disk management to try and clean it and hopefully format it, but it shows as disk 1, but with no information. I uninstalled it from my computer and tried all three USB ports. I have assigned a new drive letter to it and made sure the driver was updated. I can get it to show up sometimes when I look at the drives on my computer, but it is faded out and there is no way for me to click on it. I can find it in Device Manager, but in the details it says No Media. I have a Verbatim store n go 128G USB drive that is not working properly.
